Fall weather finally arrived in North Carolina this week. I get cold as soon as the temperature drops below 73 degrees, so I have immediately begun to transition my wardrobe to sweaters and my plans inside to the couch. Even my hubby, who is a shorts and t-shirt guy all the way, has been pulling out sweatpants this week. Thankfully, it is pretty easy to find him ethically made loungewear these days!
I ordered Wes two new pairs of sweatpants a couple of months ago from Pact. Pact sells fair trade, organic cotton underwear and loungewear at affordable prices. I love that the clothing is fair to people AND fair to the environment AND fair to my wallet. (You can read more here about why I buy fair trade.)
Wes recently got a basketball goal for our driveway, and I thought these drawstring pants looked perfect for shooting hoops in cooler weather. They are easy to move in and oh so soft. I went with black since I figured that would match just about every t-shirt in Wes’s drawer.
I also got Wes this pair of sweatpants in navy heather. Men’s pants have trended toward a slimmer fit in recent years, and I love that these sweatpants look a bit more modern. And y’all, they are currently on sale for just $20. Twenty dollars, I tell you!!
The best news is that I’ve got a Pact discount code for y’all if you want to buy some warm snugglies for yourself! code fairly20 at checkout to receive 20% off your first purchase from Pact. Pact is also offering free U.S. shipping on all orders through the end of October in celebration of Fair Trade Month. It’s never too early to start buying Christmas presents, just sayin’.
And, if Pact isn’t really your thing, check out some of these other awesome brands selling ethically made loungewear: Threads 4 Thought, Cotopaxi, Alternative Apparel, and Brown Boy.
